I was trying to purchase a Reebock Shoe on 28th september 2018. When I was placing the order the amount(679) got deducted from my account but the order was not placed. I called flipkart instantly about the money deduction then they gave me an order Id(but my order was not placed). After then I talked almost 18-20 customer care executive. They are basically giving me dates upon date without resolving my problem. I provided them all my bank details and also gave them Merchent Reference Number(proof that the money was actually deducted). I am frustrated now and today is 13th November 2018 and my money deduction issue is still not resolved. What kind of Flipkart Service is this?? Flipkart is a trustworthy online shopping site as we all know but is it their real face?? Is this the manner of handelling customer by Flipkart?? This is really disheartening and not expected from this kind of a “so called” Trustworthy brand “FLIPKART”.
