I brought World Of Warcraft Legion Expansion pack from flipkart on 16th March for the amount of 1784/- with the order ID OD211807342759577000 I received the product on 21st March with a 10 day return policy. Since this was purchased for gifting to a friend, it was opened after the 10 day replacement time which led to constant apologies from flipkart customer saying we cant do anything. I understand that the error was from my end for trusting Flipkart with a genuine CD code for an upgrade. However, the fault here is reselling the same product to different consumers is considered ethical and legal? My main concern is that and it is not being addressed and the issue was escalated on 10th April with an update to be provided on April 11. There has been no update since then from their end. which led me to share my concern here. It is my fault for not checking the product in time but reselling the same product is not considered ethical, please address this concern accordingly. I have attached image file with the code blocked since it is already resold I dont want more people viewing it. The error message I got when this code was input on the Battle.net website which is the platform for this particular game upgrade.
