Fraud product delivery in online shopping

I ordered a combo of Bentag hair dryer, hair straightener & hair curler which was worth of 492 inclusive of all charges, but i got delivery of only dryer and straightener the curler is missing and the delivery boy took the payment of full 492Rs. I am looking an action against this deed of forgery. I want curler or else refund my amount.

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue. Kotak Mahindra Bank changes a/c type without information – deduct charges from account: Mr. Atul Jain of Indore had posted a complaint on 03-09-2009 in the Forum with regard to Kotak Mahindra Bank changing his account type and debiting his account for non-maintenance of average quarterly balance.
