Fraud sales by theshoppingbazar.in website

I have ordered 4 dresses from theshoppingbazar.in on August 23rd with order id 23122 which was supposed to be delivered by 15th september. But my order is not been delivered yet nor they are responding to my emails too.. Now even their website is not working.. Please help me to get my money refunded.

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue.
