Fraud sales through instagram

I ordered an apple watch from company name go shopping which runs online on website name instagram and they even took the money through paytm online but they have not delivered any product and not even reply to my any message and even block me from their page and their no is 73xxxxxxxx7….i dont know how much and from how many peoples they have looted till now.

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue.
