I bought Louis Philippe 3 piece men suit from Paytm Mall on 2 Dec 2020.It was delivered on 7 Dec. Return policy says that it can be returned within 15 days of delivery.
I placed a return request on 17 Dec because the suit was defective and of very bad quality; threads were hanging out, stitching was not proper, material used was rough and old,it seemed already used.
Paytm did not reply till 24 Dec. Although I had been messaging/complaining them since 21 Dec for pickup of suit and refund of my hard earned money.
On 24 Dec they said that return request is rejected because you placed the request after the return deadline; which is false. They also said your return reason was not valid.
This is my valuable money which means nothing to them. Also their customer care service has no representative to talk to.
I therefore request you to kindly look into this matter and help me get my money back.
