I am using reliance big TV from past 15 years. Currently from past 1 month onwards we didn’t get one channel also, i have been trying to call to customer care but even after waiting for more than 2 hrs the customer care executive could not pick the call, even not respond from reliance big TV team. Recently last 3 weeks back one of the reliance executive called and told us to pay 2000 RS for 1 year subscription then we will get the all channel right way. so we paid these amount also but we didn’t get the channels. Now I am helpless i don’t know whom to contact to get the problem to sorted out. can you please help me on this
