Hathway digital cable TV service complaint

I have applied for Hathway digital cable TV on 07/12/ 2018. I paid Rs 2350/- as a subscription amount. I was told that the first three months will be free and form 4th month onward I’ll be charged as according to my package. Initially, they installed one demo Set-top box and said they will be giving me a new HD set-top box within 7 working days.  they also said that my billing cycle will start once I receive the new set-top box and post completion of three-month free subscriptions. till today I haven’t received my new set-top box despite multiple follow up with the local operator and even after registering to complain in Hathway customer care. on Feb 12 when I enquired about it aging they said I need to choose a package and within 7-days new set-top box will be installed. I choose a package of Rs 450/-  but till today haven’t received my new set-top box. this month on 09/03/2019 the asked for monthly bill payment when I asked how could you charge me on Demo box, service person replied be happy what you got people are not getting this only.
