High electricity bill from MSEB

I am getting very high bill since jan 2017 like 40000, 20000, 18000 and with default reading 2056 which is very high than actual reading. I have registered complaints online, on call also vissited kalewadi office but no resolution. Why actual reading not captured in bill? No update in reading even though personally provided? Why default reading 2056 and no corrections? My consumer number is 170210066643
