Hotel charging more than mrp

I stayed in Windsor Rajdhani on 21st July 17 and they charged 59 rs for a packaged water inspite of informing them of Law of charging water only on MRP. They charged me 110% on Mrp. The staff was helpless as its decided by management. Also they charged 600 for a lost key card and revoked after next day when i sent the same.This Hotel duped me by charging Exorbitantly . Pls take action as im not able to attach the bill for your reference.I can share the bill.
