I Purchase Washing Machine Model – IFB 8.0 kg Fully automatic top loading machine on date 18.07.2023 by Amazone and my invoice no – SBOB-1xxxxx2 with 4 year warranty
This isn’t a problem that’s just started; it began just 3 months after I purchased the machine. When I complained, IFB Service engineers would come, clean the machine, and leave, but the problem would persist and worsen over time. Which took me some time to understand this So, I refused to let them fix it anymore. Now, they’re saying that the part needs to be replaced, but i want replacement of machine as service team is responsible for this, as I request them from past 2 year that we are facing same issue i.e
Water continuously flows from the drain pipe fixed beneath the machine, but every service call they said it will resolve and till date it does not solve
I complain many times but no solution from IFB Service team
I hope that parts for any of your products won’t need to be replaced within just 2 years.”
