I have a medical insurance with Royal sundaram for my whole family i.e me,my wife and two sons for which last year I paid an annual premium of Rs.14293/- and till expires on 11th Jan.2018. Before the expiry , I am intimated to renew the policy by paying premium of Rs.19378/-. I asked them the reason for this increase by calling their toll number thrice but no answer and I mailed in their customer care id and even got a reply mail to resolve my issue(attached) but till now no action. Request to take up this issue with company for harassment.
