Hi this is with reference to my subscription to a paid service from matrimony site for marriage. I got in touch with this Matrimony site directly for marriage proposals from Shubmatrimony.com. I was contacted by the site from Chattisgarh fr proposals. The company has website physical address and everything but the executive is not a women of words.. I was told that upon taking subscription from the site I’ll be given proposals and that too valid once. When I made the payment for subscription, My profile was created on site.But details were not asked for. They were directly taken from other company site. To my shock the details were also copied from the site automatically.
After 10 15 days I got an email with list of proposals . When I matched and tried to contact the suitable once, Some of them were not reachable some were wrong addresses. What can be done please suggest. I am not at all convinced with the commitment given by the site. Even though I have tried using the login ID and password are of no use. Please suggest what can be done.
