Investors Clinic not delivering properly as promised

I booked a Studio Apartment is Supertech Czar Suites (CZAR SUITES, OMICRON-1, GREATER NOIDA) on the 3rd of August 2020 via Investors Clinic. It’s a ready to move-in property and I was assured possession by the end of August 2020. The entire cost of the apartment, including GST, PLC, Full Furnishing, Water Connection, IFMS, EDC/IDC, Maintenance, Electricity Installation, Fire Fighting charges, Power Backup, Paid Parking, Possession charges, etc (all charges) was finalised for Rs.1640000.

3rd August : I paid Rs. 1200000 via NEFT Tranfer and gave a cheque for Rs 200000. (Total – Rs. 1400000).Only Rs.260000 was pending, which I was told by Rohan to pay at the time of possession.

August passed and after following up with them on the possession/handover, they informed that it’ll take another 10-12 days. After waiting for 2 weeks, I again followed up and this time I was told that they have lost the cheque of Rs.200000 and I should pay the entire balance of Rs 200000 + Rs 260000, only then they will start the work in the apartment and in 5 days’ time, I’ll get the handover. So I paid the entire pending amount of Rs. 460000 on the 18th of September via NEFT transfer and was waiting for the handover.

I followed up again to see if the work has started and by when will I get the handover, Kush informed that the work will start on 21st September. I went to Supertech to see if the work had started, but to my surprise, there was nothing done.

I escalated this matter on the 25th of September via Whatsapp, but they didn’t respond. Simultaneously, I escalated this on the office Customer Care email ID on the 25th of September.

On 26th on a conference call they gave me a confirmed date that by 20th of October 2020, I’ll get the handover. So I started waiting again.

After repeated follow ups on email with their Customer Care they shared a video of the work which was being done in my apartment for the handover. He shared this video on whatsapp on the 8th of October. I was happy that at least work had started and I was promised handover by 12th or 13th of October. Now on the 13th of October I asked that I wanted to come and look at the apartment to look at the work being done. He gave an excuse and asked me not to come. Then continuously I kept on requesting that I wanted to come and see the apartment to which Kush kept on giving me excuses that he’s not well and will update me in sometime.

Since the Customer Care team in Investors Clinic were not giving me any concrete answers on the handover date, so on 17th October, I called up Supertech CRM to see what’s the delay and they informed me that they do not have any details of my booking.

Then I went to Supertech Czar to speak to someone on the site. I met Mr Sxxxxl and he also confirmed that they do not have a booking in my name?

I asked them to let me look at the flat which  was being readied for the handover and a video of the work being done by the labour, was shared with me on the 8th of October 2020.

When I saw the apartment on the 17th of October, I WAS SHOCKED…there was no work done. In fact the apartment was never opened and I WAS GIVEN A FAKE VIDEO BY KUSH.
THIS IS PURE FRAUD.
I escalated this to their Customer Support, but they are not acknowledging or giving me the details to escalate this to their Senior Management.
They cheated and have taken Rs.1640000 of my hard earned money and there is no news of the apartment.
