Irregular supply of cylinders and poor consumer dealing

I am a consumer of royal gas agency. I was booking a cylinder on 29April 2019 with booking number 572766 and I got a message on 8 May2019 that ensured the supply of cylinder. I kindly inform that I didn’t get the cylinder till on 14May. I call in the land line number but they didn’t attend the call regularly.If they attend the call they won’t give a proper answer.Then I call them repeatedly and I say I complaint about them then they asked my consumer number and said the cylinder delivered and the driver coming and call the driver. Then I call the driver but he didn’t attend and the gas not delivered on that day. Then again I call the office employees they said the driver is such a type and he didn’t attend their calls also. This things happens every gas booking and the cylunder delivered not properly. I also not satisfied with the office employees stratagies. The driver and the office employees makes a foul play with the consumer. Now I regret to take a gas connection from this agency.
