First of all you had not delivered the two products from my first ever order Royal Dates And Set Wet Deo.
Second, i didn’t raise any false complaint that you are saying continuosly and only raise the complaint about the not delivered products… i told this many time on customer care chat too and they escalate the issue but as i didn’t get the response from your side then i again told the customer care on chat about not delivered products. Also you cancelled my next order and deactivate by blaming me i am raising false complaints and misusing bigbasket policy. Check your system from inside and your delivery boy before telling me about misusing your policies.
Third, you deactivate my profile and saying invalid credit has been credited and i never ask for the invalid credit and why would i do that and what about your customer care ?? Are they providing free credits on request ?? When i tell them the products has not been delivered then only they add the credits not for free. Ask them block them not me… i do and i will do the complaint even if a single rupee item is not delivered to me for which i paid to you early before delivery online. This is complete your system and delivery boy fault, i am suffering in all this.
Finally, open my profile and refund (802 Rs) my amount again which you have invalid deducted. Order BLKFVO-84807227-040719
