Jio unlimited calls Barred by saying Misuse / commercial usage

I have recharged for Rs 499 (3 Months) plan from Jio. The plan is saying Unlimited calls. Its been 20 days over only. Now they are barred my outgoing Calls by saying Misuse/commercial usage. But I have long Conversation with My frinds. That to Unique Number.

How can it come under Misuse/commercial usage.?? Simply they are barring the Outgoing calls.

Please look into it & help for the Customers from this Kind of cheating using this cheap Tricks.
