Lack of Assistance from both IFB and Flipkart

I purchased an IFB washing machine from Flipkart in September 2017. The machine was installed on 9th October 2017 by IFB. The machine stopped working just after using 4 times. I called IFB technician. He came and said the machine will be replaced within one week.

Now one week is over, and I again called the IFB helpline number. They said I will get the replaced machine within 24 hours. Even after that I did not receive the replacement. So I again called the helpline number.

This time they are saying that they have nothing to do with this and flipkart has to replace this. I also called the flipkart helpline number. Their reply is flipkart has replacement policy of 10 days. After that nothing can be done.

Presently, I donot know whom to approach as none of them is ready to help me. Why is it that I have to face so much trouble? I have already paid the money and it is not a small amount.
