I had undergone root canal treatment during 2nd Dec’17 to 10th Dec’17 while I was working for TCS. I have already submitted the hard and soft copy of the Receipt and the day wise treatment summary multiple times that I received from the clinic claiming 6000 INR.
I have called the mediassist customer care multiple times and I have all the voice recordings for the conversations done with the customer care executives. Everytime I call I have to explain to them the entire situation that I have already submitted all the required documents and then they confirm that I will get a response or my claim will be reprocessed in 7-8 working days. But it has already been more than 70 days now since I submitted the docs and still I have not heard from mediassist. I feel cheated as I have submitted medical insurance regularly from my salary but I am not getting the reimbursement for the charges incurred. Now I have left TCS but the claim was submitted weeks before I left the company so that should not be a reason.
