Misleading information, false committments by HDFC Employees

I have a few concerns about the newly issued HDFC Tata Neu Plus Credit Card (Issued on 9th Dec 22 and reached to me on 13th of Dec 22).

I have been misleaded and misguided by the executive of HDFC Bank, Kishore Ganj Branch. Ranchi. She told me my first bill will be generated after 1 month from the date of 1st transaction. I did my first transaction on 26th of December 2022 but I received my first generated bill on 1st January 2023. She told me I can convert any transaction to EMI anytime but Tata Neu Customer Care denied converting the transaction to EMI. Also, she said my card will be delivered to my present address but the card was delivered to my permanent address. It’s really the height of false commitments.

Also, I have not yet received the required number of Neu coins as stated in the welcome letter with the Tata Neu Plus Credit Card. It is clearly written here that if I use the tata neu app for purchasing i will get (1% + 5%) or  (2% + 5%) neu coins … But I received only 1% or 2% neu coins.

I am not going to pay a single penny until my due amount is converted into EMI and my first bill due date will be changed.
