I requested to mnp from idea to another operator. I sent message then i received message from idea for 4g offer for 403 rs recharge u got 70 gb data for 70days. I attached screenshot with this complaint. I initially call into customercare they said this offer not shwing tgem but u can recharge because mnp team gave u offer. I recharged with 403 rupees idea gave me 2 gb internet for 35 days what a bullshit by them when i called them they said it resolved in 24 hours. I recharged at 10 nov every day i called them they said it resolved in 24 hours.Today, they called me and said that offer message not send by us. Fraud by idea…please solve it..i attach screen shot of message i received from them. Thanks.
