On 25th of October, in had ordered one 7kg Whirlpool Washing machine and the mode of payment was COD.
This product was supposed to be delivered on 28th October. The delivery people came and brought a fridge instead of washing machine and then they said that they won’t be able to deliver the washing machine and i will have to reorder the same product.
When i had purchased the product was in offer of 8990 and when i checked on 28th it was on 9490.
I called customer care they also aaid the same thing that i will have to reorder on the higher price.
That means neither i got the product nor the compensation from Amazon. It was their mistake, i was the one who wasted 4 days in waiting for the product, i lost some money also because i could have purchased washing machine from somewhere else also in offer because it was Diwali time.
I tried reaching amazon team from all possible medium but all in vain.
