I had placed a complaint agaist my set top box was not working on 7th of may. On next day an engineer visited and said set top box will be swaped. He said currently box is not available so i’ll change it within 2 days. I waited for 5 days but he didn’t came. So contacted customer care and told about the matter he said your box will be changed by tomorrow. I am regularly calling customer care from 12th of may but every time they gave me a complaint no. And date but happend nothing. I am so disappointed of this type of service. Still my problem is same. They are unable to Change a set top box in 8 days then how can they call themselves Asia’s leading dth service provider. I was paying for it amount of INR 400. But now i want it to be done for free as compaltation for waiting for then 8 days for small problem.
