Naptol company not refunding the money

I have purchased a water spray gun for Rs 600/ ,which is poor quality and I have requested naaptol sales executive to take back the same and refund my money. They have agreed and collected my bank account details. But,so far the amount has not been credited to my Bank account.
Kindly resolve the issue.

Refund from Yatra – Rs.4,509/-: Mr. Randhir Ashar of Nagpur, Maharashtra had posted his complaint on 15-01-2021 regarding refund due from Yatra in the sum of Rs.4,509/-. Yatra had earlier confirmed that his refund has been processed on 03-12-2020. However, customer did not get refund and there was no response from Yatra to his emails.
