I had received the order from Yepme on 28th Aug,2017. When I opened the case the watch was not functioning and working. So, I filled the Yepme return form for the replacement of the watch. I sent this form alongwith the watch in the packet through Maruti couriers Docket no – 201580713 to the address – ‘ Growthways Trading Pvt.Ltd, K-618, Rangpuri Ext.A-Block, Near Tata Telco bus service station, New Delhi – 110037 on 30/08/2017 where I had to pay to the courier Rs.120/- for the order return. But I was shocked that the packet that I had sent to the Yepme office Delhi didn’t accept it and returned back to me. This is terrible.The courier delivery boy went to their office twice but this Yepme thing denied to accept it back for replacement. This kind of service is really not acceptable from Yepme.
