I had placed the order for REALME 2 PRO Mobile 11/10/2018. But I got defective product so requested for replacement , and I got replacement of same product.on….15/10/2018 ,but I was suspicious about replaced product with return id as I found 2 stickers one sticker was pasted on another one on which barcode and some number codes were different from each other when I separated,means two barcode stickers of single product I got.
My product comes under 10 days return policy and I had applied for refund ..but they rejected my refund without giving or informing me the valid reason.
Also they created a technician visit to verify about my device so that they can resolve my issue but there too I didn’t find technician as professional person when I asked about what would be resolution of my problems he said that I can’t say anything u will be updated from Flipkart and he went. And finally I got refund rejection message without giving me valid reason and even though my product comes under return or refund policy they are not ready to refund me my money I spent on product.
I have all proofs like call recording with Flipkart and product contents.
