Non-delivery by Trackon couriers

I had ordered a shoe from the online shopping, and the supplier told me that he had sent from the TRACK ON courier service, when i traced my order number it says the parcel is delivered but when i went to office for the parcel they said the parcel has not come. I tried to contact siliguri , kolkata but they keep on rejecting my call. Please help me refund my money or punish the courier or seller whoever is responsible.

However, later when he tried to withdraw money to his bank account, he was unable to do so. The option of withdraw money was not working whenever attempted and there was no response to his emails. Replacement of Micromax Mobile – Rs.7,200/-: Mr. Sambuddha Dasgupta of Guwahati purchased one Micromax Q413 mobile on 6 October 2016. He submitted the device with the service centre on 17-04-2017 for various issues but did not get delivery of the phone even after 15 days. Mr. Dasgupta posted his complaint with ICF on 03-05-2017 and the matter was taken up with Micromax. Finally, Mr. Dasgupta got a new replacement pone on 12-05-2017.
