Non-delivery of goods by Clubfactory

I hereby to lodge a complaint against “ClubFactory.com”. I have a order which has been placed to them was 17th September 2019. There estimated date of delivery was between “25th Sept. to 5th Oct.” which has been crossed already. Regarding some compensation they had given me a ?65 which is also valid only for 1 month! The order is still not been delivered to me. I want my full amount to be refunded to same account i used to pay for the order. I believe this company is making other too harassed also by negligence with their services. I have continuously contacted with them for many days, but no such satisfactory response neither the order has been delivered yet. I have finally sent a mail to them on 5th October warning about complaining about my issue, but not a single response recieved from their end yet. Sir/Ma’am I want you to not only please make my amount to refunded by them but also should take some stern action against this company. You can also check the feedback on other sites about this company!!!
