Not able to Transfer PF to New Organization

I have an concern where I am not able to fetch information of old organization details even though my new and old organizations have same UAN number. I want to transfer old PF to new then when I try to fetch information by providing UAN/MID and fetch details I am getting no account is mapped to UAN. But I could see the same UAN have benn linked to old and new organizations. Anyone please let me know the process of getting this issue fix.
