After paying pay channels subscription , not receiving signals from Siti Cables.
Value: Rs.500/-. Cable operators name : Nxxxxu Dxxxxxxth. Subscription paid on 16.02.2019 ,but till date not receiving pay channels signals. Subscription paid upto 31.01.2019 at old payment structure. But from Feb.2019, new subscription rate as per TRAI norms.No pay channels viewed from 1st Feb.2019. Subscription paid from Feb.2019 as prepaid. Previously it was post paid i.e. upto 31.01.2019.
