One Assist mobile insurance claim dispute

My name is ravi kumar last year I purchase a insurace plan from company one assist against my mobile oppo f9 pro…now in this year my mobile accidentally break & is display not woking then insurace company not apporve my complain making exceses last two week..pls help me & check the decision & excuse made by company is really valid or not!

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue.
