I ordered cake for my friend’s birthday from winni cake from their website order number 0xxxxxxxx9
I have paid amount through UPI but due to some confusion office of my friend in Bangalore was closed and I was ready to pay delivery charges for his home address.
But they have not delivered on 20 nov and send me a false delivery confirmation mail and message on 21st nov 2020
You know sir/madam cake is a edible item and they have utilized my order by selling to someone else..
And they are not refunding the paid amount
Please help me. There is a call recording of the same that they have send a false message of delivery
