Online shopping fraud on Instagram

I have ordered a fila disruptor pair from instagram from an account name- theattireshop i’ve paid 2600 through paytm then and there after two days i recieved the package but it was in unacceptable state and the quality is not as promised overall i’m disappointed to see that so i texted them for the same and demanded a refund bt the seller hasn’t contacted me yet. please you got to do something for these sellers selling fake products.

Refund from Yatra – Rs.4,509/-: Mr. Randhir Ashar of Nagpur, Maharashtra had posted his complaint on 15-01-2021 regarding refund due from Yatra in the sum of Rs.4,509/-. Yatra had earlier confirmed that his refund has been processed on 03-12-2020. However, customer did not get refund and there was no response from Yatra to his emails.
