Only one bluetooth headset received instead of two from Paytm

I had ordered a bluetooth headset worth 189 from Paytm on 28th February at 8:13am. I got the product on 3rd March at around 9:45AM. The problem is that I did not get the bluetooth headsets as it were ordered. The left headset from the package is missing from the parcel. I doubt i have been looted like this. Attaching the picture for the proof. Hope to get the solution quickly.

Kotak Mahindra Bank changes a/c type without information – deduct charges from account: Mr. Atul Jain of Indore had posted a complaint on 03-09-2009 in the Forum with regard to Kotak Mahindra Bank changing his account type and debiting his account for non-maintenance of average quarterly balance.
