I have ordered rakhi as a gift for my brother in law at amazon app on 4th august 2022 and the rakhi to be celebrated on 11th august 2022. When i ordered this from seller Indian Basics they accepted the order but after 5 days i.e. 9th august 2022. they cancelled my order themselves without my knowledge. This is Purely irresponsible behavior of any shopping site. They always show their stubborn behavior. they Don’t respect any festival sentiments. They always tried to cheat their customers. Their behavior is very harassing.
When I called customer care for solution they were tried to escape from this and no one tried to looking for a solution for customer. they can’t understand the customer problem.
Please take a serious action against this type of Shopping Apps and Sellers who tried to Cheat their customers always.
Their Priority is only and only making money by hook & crook. (order id- 408-7780381-6481908)
