I note that I have ordered for a product from overcart.com (order number – #BST1100193406) on 19th of may 2017 and I have still not received it. I got a message on the 3rd day that there is a delay in process but now it more than 10 days and there is no update. I have sent an email but there is no update about the order. I call them on 30th may 2017. the rep told me that the issue will be solved and i will be informed but I haven’t received any update till now. I tried calling them on 31st may 2017 and 1st of june 2017 as well but no one is picking the call. Please help me out.
