I did NOT get my blue culletos from mango brand from myntra. Its showing delivered. It was a prepaid order. I have been told to wait like idiots while blaming me for actually trusting myntra and buying blindly from them.
Instead they sent me an extra package on cod of rs 3158 . I am attaching the message i received from ecom . I am attaching all what proof i have. Myntra doesnt answer which order was placed at my address from my mobile number. Costumer service tells me that you should not have paid that amount on cod. Seriously? Myntra sent me a sandal i didnt ask for or ordered and that too on cod and also i got the message from courier service about it that your parcel of cod 3158 is out on delivery. Again showed my navy blue culletos are delivered. Costumer service is useless. Doesnt understand and doesn’t look into the matter . I will not sitting silent. Tells me to return the sandals and not expect a refund for it. And tells me its my fault. You people sent an extra package and didnt sent the navy blue culletos and tells me its my fault. I have messages as proof .
