On 16-02-2015 at 11 o’ clock, my motorcycle Herohonda Passion Pro UP 71 M 4749 had disappeared from the catering institute American Institute ITI Rad, where I learned English speaking course. I made a thorough search but I could not locate it. After this I went to Kotwali to register complaitn on 18-02-2015 whose case number is 79/15 and FIR No is 0074. After this, on 18-02-2015, I lodged a claim with the Oriental Insurance Company where my motorcycle Hero Honda Passion Pro was insured under policy no. 2xxxxxxxxxxxx3. They sent the surveyor on behalf of their company and the information given by me was found to be correct. File number of my file in insurance company is LW / 2001. I have submitted the FIR copies obtained from the court (whose FIR is No. 143/15) and police station (whose FR number No. 78/15) to the insurance company. I have submitted to the insurance company all the papers asked by them. However, the insurance company is lingering the case for the past two years. Sometimes they say the file is in Kanpur and if I go to Kanpur they say something else. By making frequent trips between Fatehpur and Kanpur I have lost money. Due to financial problems I am even unable to buy another bike. So I request you to kindly help me in compensating the loss.
