I had sent a parcel through trackon, Chembur east branch. It was from Mumbai to be delivered at Pune, I have a reciept of date 27.01.2018 and today is 2.02.2018. Since 3 days I am calling them to ask about the parcel since 3 days. They saying we don’t know. I also spoke to proprietor of the shop. He also is not cooperating. Saying send another, what to to. I am a working from home. This was a dress which I had to deliver to my client. I can’t afford to bear such a big loss nor I can refund her. Please help me
