On 29th of June we registered a complaint saying that your company service guy came for the annual maintenance and did not know how to fit the filter properly, and broke my water filter. Since then I have spoken with 5 different people and customer service agents who say they are the customer service head of Eureka Forbes Trichy. Ultimately they broke my filter and haven’t replaced it for over 9 days now. They say that the part that they broke is not available.
I am extremely annoyed with the service for which I paid for and I demand for a new filter fitted in my house ASAP! This 9 days I spent approximately ?1000 for buying water through other sources, and I demand that the company pay for that as well failing to which I am planning to publish a news paper add to expose your companies poor standards and will file legal suite against the company.
