Polar India not responding to complaints during warranty

I’d purchased Polar India make Insta hot model Gas water heater (6Ltr) from Agra in December 2018. However product is not working since September 2019 and I’d registered complaint on 16.09.2019. Thereafter I’ve contacted customer service dept on toll free no.: 18002581818 for 2-3 times, but there is no response from company. Now toll free number is also not responding. Request to assist in getting product attended.

Complaint against MakeMyTrip for short payment of train ticket refund – Rs.1272/-: Mr. Thiyagarajan of Kanchipuram, Tamilnadu (thiyagarajan.t(at)gmail.com) had posted a complaint with us on 28-03-2010 for non-receipt of full refund from MakeMyTrip against cancellation of train ticket. Refund from Patanjali – Rs.1018/-: Ms. Disha of Indore 452003, Madhya Pradesh did not receive refund after she cancelled her order on Patanjali mobile application. The order ID was 7678163797. Refund from DTDC – Rs.1,040/-: Mr. Vivek Sharma of Bangalore, Karnataka (vivek0217[@]gmail.com) sent a courier through DTDC , reference number D17166789, on 10th May 2014 but it was lost on its way to Delhi.
