Poor customer support from AJIO, return refused, account blocked

I place an order on ajio on 1st July 2022. I received the product on 3rd July 2022. I ordered an exchange. On 5th July 2022, the delivery agent got my exchanged product, I did not accept it and returned the product. Ever since, Ajio has blocked my account and is not ready to process refund. I am so livid and disappointed. Pathetic service. I’ve reached out to customer care from every possible way, to no avail.

However, later when he tried to withdraw money to his bank account, he was unable to do so. The option of withdraw money was not working whenever attempted and there was no response to his emails. Replacement of Micromax Mobile – Rs.7,200/-: Mr. Sambuddha Dasgupta of Guwahati purchased one Micromax Q413 mobile on 6 October 2016. He submitted the device with the service centre on 17-04-2017 for various issues but did not get delivery of the phone even after 15 days.
