Poor quality dress from Pinktonic instagram vendor

Wants to return the product. Value: Rs: 1550 + 150 shipping charge. I have ordered a product from pinktonic , an Instagram dress seller. When I got the product ,iam not satisfied with the quality. But nobody is taking the phone. So I need want to return the product . I need refund.

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue.
