I gave my bike for servicing in Raj Yamaha service center @2/235 Thuraipakkam Near Jain college O.M.R chennai 600097. They charged me 6147 Rupees for nothing. I gave complaint about indicator glowing continuously in my bike display and said about engine sound and break issues. But they changed parts according to the attached receipt and they never addressed any of my concern. There were any proper explanation from them when i asked. MY BIKE (INCLUDING ALL THE BIKES WHO WAS GIVEN FOR SERVICE) was parked in road side pedestrian platform. They were parked in sunlight and all the dust without any shade.
IF they dont have a proper structure why they have license to service from YAMAHA?????
At the time i got my bike there were dust and black grease all over chain. When I asked about this, they said they will clean it now and I have to pay 250 Rupees additional. But they already charged me 400 for general service. Wont general service include this?
