Printvenue not refunding money

I order one stamp from printvenue.com online but later just 1 hour ago i cancelled the order and then they said we can not refund you money. you have to buy something else from our website. even there is nothing interesting to buy from their website so i asked for refund but they said their policy doesn’t allow to give refund. and i don’t want to buy anything.i just want my money back. my order no is 8174-0064-0604 & i bought on 5th june 2017.

Refund from Subhbandhan matrimony – Rs.4,000/-: Mr. Harsimran Singh of Amritsar, Punjab registered with Subhbandhan matrimony services for suitable proposals by making a payment of Rs.4,000/-. As per the consumer, the agency provided fake number and contact for proposal was not genuine. Mr. Singh requested for refund which was denied.
