SBI Reward Points – Rs. 14,265/- – Mr. Vipul Goel, of Nawabganj, Kanpur 208002, Uttar Pradesh had 57060 SBI reward points(worth ?14265) linked to SBI account. He tried redeeming those points on mobikwik through maxgetmore. The points were deducted but money was not added to mobikwik. By contacting mobikwik, the customer came to know that transaction was not successful and that he should get his points back soon. But even waiting for two months points were not refunded. Mr. Goel posted his complaint with ICF on 09-06-2017 and the matter was taken up with SBI and Mobikwik. Finally, Mr. Goel got his refund by 20-06-2017.
