Product not received from Onlymobile.com

I have purchased below item on 1st Sep 2017. Order id- OM1709000029 Item Name: Battery for Gionee Elife E6
Item Price: Rs.1099/- Purchase Date: 1/09/2017

After purchase, when i did calls on their support mobile which is +9181xxxxxxxxx3.They never pickup the calls and never reply to any email. They promised me to deliver product between 4th or 5th September 2017 but I did not get the product. So i have cancelled my order on 10th September 2017.On 11/09/2017 i got the call from their support team and number was +9181xxxxxxx3 and he was using very bad language and he was very rude. I need some strict action against this type of Company.
