This is in regards to Mediclaim from oriental insurance which is handled by raksha tpa. My father did his cataract operation in the month of September and we had duly informed the company regarding the operation date and the documents required. Once we received the mail. All documents were sent only to find out that there were few documents missing. My father and I personally visited Raksha TPA office in times square andheri east and submitted the documents. However again after 15 days we got a letter that documents were missing I called up the call centre and while on phone line mailed all the documents to Raksha TPA, for which they gave a verbal communication but we’re not willing to send any written communication. All this happened on 24th Oct. It’s been more then a month there is no update on the release of claim amount. Everytime when we try calling call centre 1st of all its difficult to connect 2ndly only response is check after 5 days. It’s been more then a month. Nothing yet. This has led to tremendous mental torture. From Raksha TPA
