Received different product which is ordered online

Today on 21/08/2019 I have received a parcel which i have ordered online.It doesn’t contain the material which i have seen in the catalogs while placing the order.The website through which i have ordered doesn’t contain any voice contact but they have provided mail information and i have mailed them but they doesn’t replied.How i can return my order and get refund.

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue. Kotak Mahindra Bank changes a/c type without information – deduct charges from account: Mr. Atul Jain of Indore had posted a complaint on 03-09-2009 in the Forum with regard to Kotak Mahindra Bank changing his account type and debiting his account for non-maintenance of average quarterly balance.
