Going by my previous good experiences with amazon.in, I used it to order a Diwali gift for my parents. I ordered 2 watches through amazon and asked them to be gift wrapped. My parents received two boxes and just one watch. The other gift wrapped box was empty. I complained to the customer service and was told that I would be given an order update within 3 to 5 days which by the way did not happen. After waiting for 5 days when I contacted them again I was told that their “investigation” showed that I had received both the watches and from now on all my further deliveries with them shall be “watched”. I could not be more ridiculed. It was a high value item of Rs.6495 and had a sentimental value to it as it was a Diwali gift bought with my first salary. And the way I was insulted by customer service by indirectly calling me a thief was even worse. I DEMAND a refund or a watch sent to my parents and an apology for this sort of unprofessional behaviour. Also I am never shopping with Amazon again.
